| I USED AUTO RADIO - CHECK OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM BILL | |||||||||||

This website is to inform you of the type of customer service I received when I hired Auto Radio in Atlanta. I do not blame the equipment or the service on any of the technicians because every one of them at some time or another has apologized to me as well as express that they could only do what Bill Head told them to do. The corporate name is Automotive Alarm Distributors, Inc. doing business has Auto Radio. There are 2 locations in Atlanta. 6166 Memorial
Drive 1823 Mountain
Industrial Blvd A short story of this endeavor is: You need to know that I spent at least 60 hours there in person and they had my truck for 5 days without me and I could never get it resolved. They also claimed to be an authorized dealer/installer for Viper and were not, which ruins the warrantee. They installed a viper alarm system and only hooked up the remote start, they did not have it monitoring the doors. They did get the doors hooked up. The stereo system was installed the following way: 4-channel amp was wired to the 4 front speakers and the woofer 2-channel amp was wired to the 2 rear door speakers Because of the 4 channel amp had to be configured to the woofer with a lot of base it kept blowing the front speakers, I had to replace them 4 times and it still does not sound right. As of labor day weekend
2008 the alarm system went out stranding me at a camp ground and it
is now turned off until I can afford to have it worked on by another
stereo store. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL BILL AND LET HIM KNOW YOU FOUND MY STORY ABOUT THE STEREO AND ALARM INSTALLATION! (770) 498-1990 |
