Hello Bill,
Please excuse my delay in response to the law suit.
We spoke briefly on the phone after the last hearing and I want to make it
clear and in writing what I want in order to settle out of court. If these
demands are not 100% agreed upon by you then I am prepared to reinstate
the law suit and I have acquired an expert witness to testify to the
condition of the sound system in my truck.
I am willing to come by and pick up new and still in
the package the stereo equipment which is 2 sets of JL Audio speakers 6.5
inT65F2, 1 - 10 inch subwoofer by JL Audio speaker, and 1 4 – channel
amp TMA 320.4.
I also want $295.00 returned to me for the Sony
stereo that was installed in my truck by your company and it returned to
you for resell. I never wanted the stereo and I agreed to purchase it
based on a lie. That lie being that if I purchased either a new stereo or
the thing that was supposed to correct some problem you claimed the
factory stereo was causing that you would replace any stereo equipment
that I thought was damaged. Instead of keeping your word you have caused
this problem to continue and in turn take up more of my time for something
that was simple to fix in the first place. In fact I had to argue with you
to get you to even replace the front door speakers putting me in a
difficult position. I also want to be reimbursed for the court costs of
$75.00 because I feel that I had to take that action against you since I
could not rely on what you promised.
I would like to come by on June 4th and
pick up the stereo equipment and the money owed to me for the stereo and
court costs. Before June 4th I would like for you to call
Extreme Car Audio and make pick up arrangements of the stereo equipment
they remove from my truck and payment to them for the labor of replacing
the stereo equipment in my truck.
I am requesting a response from you within 3 days of
receiving this letter on whether you will agree to these terms.

HE DID NOT RESPOND TO THIS CERTIFIED LETTER AND WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE TOLD ME "TO TAKE HIM TO COURT AGAIN"
